Custom Motorcycle design & engineering

Custom design and engineering of unique competition and concourse motorcycles and performance engine work.
Specialising in ECU and sensor systems for competition machines in conjunction with head flow analysis and modification.
Dynojet dynomometer, Electronic flow bench, Super-polishing and intake/exhaust design and fabrication.

COMPETITION - Rideability

The heart of any performance machine is the cylinder head and the engine’s ability to “breathe”. In addition, the correct design of valves, camshafts & complementing inlet and exhaust system to specifically suit that head. We have all the porting equipment imaginable for the improvement of head flow in four stroke machinery. Most important is our flow bench; we can prove the performance before you even fire the engine. When the time comers to finally fire it, we will most likely have your machine in our state-of-the-art DYNOJET dynamometer testing cell providing genuine 320 km/h wind speeds to simulate as closely as humanly possible the conditions at speed providing a genuine RWH measurement. After all you do want to win don’t you?

CREATION - Individuality

Moto Cyclogic has the ability, experience and creativity to build the most innovative yet functional machines you can imagine. With your seed and ideas, we can create, from the tyres up, the most passion instilling, spine tingling and fire breathing creation possible. You can own a thunderous creation that insists on standing out in the crowd imposing the mind bending knowledge that “I have the only one in the world like it” thrill machine.

If your heart doesn’t skip a beat each time you see it then we have not done our job.

CONCOURSE - Beauty

During these times of electronic development/ application, fuel injection, exhaust emission control, fuel efficiency, tyre/brake systems and the ultra-modern styling of today’s sports bikes, it’s inspiring to see what the artisans of old created then as we do now.

If you would like to experience the “toils of yesteryear” we can certainly rebuild your passion with a bike boasting the original design and finish with no details left unaddressed. We can help you to relive “the days of old” with the conveniences and reliability of today’s technology without compromising on the outward appearance of the “olde worlde” engineering masterpiece.
